Shawn Tierney has held a real estate license for more than 20 years and works throughout Boise, the Treasure Valley, and Sun Valley. His practice includes luxury residential, investment, resort, and urban condominium properties, with particular experience in downtown Boise and the city’s close-in neighborhoods.
Before focusing on real estate full time, Shawn worked in software sales and spent 16 years opening, owning, and operating restaurants in Sun Valley, Orlando, and Boise. That hospitality background still shapes how he works: attentive service, clear communication, careful preparation, and the ability to stay composed when a transaction becomes complex. More than a decade with Sun Valley Ski Patrol further developed his judgment, teamwork, and comfort making decisions as circumstances change.
Shawn has represented buyers and sellers at One Nineteen, The Jefferson, and Crescent Rim. He evaluates more than the residence itself, considering the building, association, location, surrounding development, and how each property supports a client’s lifestyle and financial priorities. His 17 years in Ketchum also give him a useful perspective on resort and second-home ownership, especially when personal use and investment considerations overlap.
