Steven Mangas is a third-generation real estate advisor with a unique blend of marketing expertise, real estate knowledge, and a forward-thinking mindset. Born and raised in the Washington, D.C. region, Steven began his career at just 19 years old by helping pioneer the use of property videos for clients of his video production company, long before it had become a standard within the industry. His proximity to other agents and the process of selling homes led him to discover his strengths in other aspects of marketing strategy, and in 2015, Steven became a licensed REALTOR® at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. There, he and his brother, Ron Mangas, Jr., joined forces to launch listModern. Together, they have developed a unique marketing platform and referral network designed specifically to represent modern and contemporary homes. Their team has become a force in the D.C. region and is consistently recognized by RealTrends Verified among the top producers by volume in the nation.
In 2021, Steven brought his energy and expertise to Boise, joining Group One Sotheby’s International Realty. Passionate about helping others succeed, he served as Marketing Manager for three years, implementing new marketing systems, leading strategic initiatives, conducting in-depth market research, and helping train agents across the brokerage. His ability to simplify complex tools and strategies made him a go-to resource for agents seeking to elevate their marketing efforts.
