Jody Hinton
Condominium Expert
Real Estate Advisor
Originally licensed in 1993, Jody Hinton began her real estate career in Sun Valley and has served Treasure Valley clients since 2006. Her work has included residential, income, resort, and condominium properties.
Six years with the on-site sales team at Crescent Rim Luxury Condos gave Jody direct experience with a new condominium development and the questions buyers face when moving from a larger home into a shared community. She learned to look beyond the residence itself to how the association, ownership responsibilities, and building operations shape daily life.
Her approach is grounded in communication and preparation. She works to understand the circumstances on both sides of a transaction, bring practical information to emotional decisions, and help clients weigh market evidence, location, and long-term value. For clients who are downsizing, she also considers the transition surrounding the purchase and how the next residence will support a different way of living.
As an Urban Boise Advisor, Jody contributes practical condominium experience and a measured perspective on Boiseās evolving urban market.
I have watched Boise change for most of my life. My family settled here permanently in 1977, when downtown looked very different. Today, people have more ways to live in and around the city core, and those choices deserve clear, practical information.
Working with a Boise condominium development gave me a closer view of those choices. I saw how much of a condominium decision exists beyond the residence itself: the association, building operations, and whether ownership supports the life someone wants to lead.
That is what makes Urban Boise worthwhile to me; it creates a place to organize information that's often scattered. I want to help people compare buildings, understand both the appeal and responsibilities of condominium ownership, and make decisions with clearer expectations.
